Pivoting isn’t about failure; it’s about learning, reframing, and moving forward with clarity. From leaving a short-term contract in Hong Kong to managing Little Sophia at Hanson Robotics, I’ve learned that every pivot tells a story. Some are bold, some are small, and some are deeply personal, but all shape the journey in ways we often only see in hindsight.

As I often say, “A product without pivots may be way off from what the user wants.” The same is true for life.
